The road was apparently "The Most Dangerous in The World", and whether or not that is true it was pretty scary at points. It was one lane wide, so if two cars going in opposite direction met, the person travelling down hill would have to back up onto one of the shoulders that you can see in this picture. Apparently cars would back over the edge all of the time, particularly at night, with an average of 7 people killed per week. Crickey.
